St. Stephen Senior 2024 Highlights

We want to celebrate our high school and college seniors.
Please fill out this online form to be featured in the May 11-12th Church Bulletin.
And this year will also be online!
Pictures must be in appropriate church attire or in your cap and gown.
Baccalaureate Mass and Reception will be Saturday, May 11th, 2024.

Graduation 2023 Examples...

Angeline Arévalo

Weatherford High School

Angeline was an “A” Honor Roll student, a Lieutenant for Blue Belles for three years, took Dual Credit Classes at Weatherford College. She is also a National Junior Honor Society member, National Technical Honor Society member, HOSA Member. (Health Occupations Students of America), both Blue Belle Lieutenant and Blue Belle of the year for two years in a row, WISD Superintendent Award for 100+ hours of Community Service in 2021 and again in 2023. During her service at St. Stephen Angeline participated with the Youth Group Breakfast team, Vacation Bible School Team Leader, mass greeter, helped at the Horns for Hope Charity dinner event, helped during the Hike for Life, prepared and served the confirmation reception dinner, assisted during the various festivals for several years. She has been a Catechist Aid for three years. Her future plans are to attend Weatherford College to finish her basics and then she will be pursuing a Nursing Degree.

Lucas Grant Smith

Weatherford High School

Lucas was an A-B honor roll and participate in UIL science and calculator skills. His extracurriculars included indoor drumline, band, Student Council, NHS, and SNHS. Serving Saint Stephen Catholic church for seven years in both Youth Group and the 10:45 choir, plus he was a “Young Disciple” in the youth group for five years! This fall he will be attending Texas Tech University pursuing a degree in Geology.

Emilia Nunamaker

Mother of Divine Grace

Emilia has participated in the St. Stephen Youth Group, and has been a part of it for over two years. She will be attending Texas Tech University this fall, and will be majoring in Nursing with a specialization in Midwifery.

Jacob White

Peaster High School

Jacob was Peaster High School Greyhound Band - Outstanding Senior Marcher and Academic Honoree. He is currently a Junior Taekwondo Instructor. Jacob is also a three time Texas Taekwondo State Champion!

While serving as a parishioner at St. Stephen, he volunteered at Center of Hope here in Weatherford. This fall, when he starts college he will start working on his B.A. Media Arts with a focus in audio/video production and editing.
