Scammers are again using Father James and The Parish Council's names and fake email accounts, asking for help, a favor, buy gift cards, to get money and information. Scammers are clever and sound sincere. Do not respond to these emails or text messages. Just report them as junk.

Father James and our Parish Council will never contact you, asking for help, a request, or a favor. If you have already been contacted and responded to the scammers, don't hesitate to contact the police for assistance, especially if they have asked you to do anything unusual, such as buying gift cards, sending money, or making donations to an email or phone number. When the scammers ask you to buy the gift cards, they will ask you to scratch off the back and send a picture of it to them. DON'T DO THIS – As soon as you do, you have no way of getting your money back.

We would all jump at the chance to help Father James and our Church out in a heartbeat. However, no one will ever text or email you asking for you to purchase anything including gift cards and cash.

Please pass the word along to fellow parishioners. Talk with them about this topic and help spread the word. Father James loves the generosity of the parishioners here, but please note that he, nor staff, or the Parish Council will never ask you for money or gift cards. It is easy to fall for these scams and we do not want you to fall victim.

Legitimate donation requests will be publicly announced on social media and in the bulletin with details about items you can bring to the church. They will be for physical items and not gift cards or money in any form.

The Pallottine Building

Holy Family Statue

Dear Parish Family,

Join me in extending our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the generous family for the beautiful donation of the Holy Family statue. This meaningful gift is a true expression of faith and devotion, and it greatly enriches the spiritual atmosphere of Pallottine. Placed at the entrance circle, the statue will serve as a lasting symbol of love, unity, and God’s presence for all who enter.

We pray that God abundantly blesses the family for this act of generosity, and may the Holy Family continue to guide, protect, and strengthen them in faith, peace, and love.
