NOTE: To enroll in the upcoming Faith Formation program, you must be registered and be an active member of St. Stephen. There will be no exceptions.

Registration on the first day of Faith Formation Classes will NOT be permitted...

• Late registration will only be open to families that have just moved to North Texas and are brand new to St. Stephen. Each case will be dependent on circumstance and will need to contact Kathy Harmon for more information.

Registration Instructions for the 2024 – 2025 school year:

The 2024 – 2025 registration will be IN PERSON ONLY this year.

In office registration is available during regular church office hours only if you are not able to make it to one of the eight registration dates that were offered during July and August.

When it is your day and time to register, you will come to the Holy Spirit Center with your paperwork filled out.

• Download either the English or Spanish forms. All the registration forms you will need are included in the download. You can type into the form fields in the PDF. It is best to download and save the file to your computer, open it with an Adobe Reader app (it is free if you do not already have it on your computer), type in your information, and then print it with everything typed and filled out.

 ***Please provide a copy of the Baptism Certificate even if your child was baptized at St. Stephen. These will now be kept on file for subsequent years. If your child(ren) has also had their First Communion and Reconciliation, please bring in a copy that certificate also.
